With Mount Kilimanjaro towering in the distance, the calf snuffles around, perfectly at home with his mother and completely unaware of how unique she is.
Lily (as we shall call her) shimmers, from time to time, mysteriously shedding (or covering?) her grey coat and replacing it (consciously?) with an all-over image of the water she loves so much, gilded by lily pads bearing large yet delicate yellow blossoms.
In doing so, she honours the fundamental inter-connectedness of all things, and the centrality of crystal clear water to the wonder of Life on this tiny, green-blue planet that we all share.
